Profitable Productive Blogging

I have never really done an audio or video post. I have considered doing video in the past, but never have gotten to it. I would like to start doing maybe several video posts a year and possibly several audio as well. What are your thoughts on video posting or any type of web-casting? Do you currently do video posts on you blog? Do you do any pod casting or other audio or video broadcasts personally or for your blog? Do any of you use Blog Talk Radio?
